are you sure that the fuse blows when you start and not when you stop the engine.
I have had the problem that my fuse was blown when I stopped the engine, i could see that because it gave problems with my alarm on the bike.
I have isolated the problem to the ignition key so now I never stops my bike using the key, but uses the switch on the handle instead.
